Do you have a meaningful message that needs a visual identity?
I design visual identities that support clarity, consistency and long-term use.
A visual identity typically includes a logo, colour palette and visual guidelines, forming a coherent system that works across different applications. I also design supporting materials such as print and digital assets when needed.

Uraohjain+
I designed the visual identity for Uraohjain+ (ESR+), a project focused on improving employment opportunities for professionals in the IT and media sectors. The project is co-funded by the European Union.
The logo is geometric and open to multiple interpretations. It references the plus sign in the project’s name and can also be read as upward-moving steps, symbolising growth, learning and development.
The primary colour of the identity is pink, supported by a complementary palette of purple, turquoise and light yellow.
In addition to the logo, I designed the visual identity for the project’s website, infographics, social media illustrations, a roll-up banner, posters and brochures.
Uraohjain+ aims to address labour market imbalances and recruitment challenges in sectors with large numbers of highly educated unemployed professionals. The project provides tailored services to meet the skills and training needs of both jobseekers and employers, with a focus on improving work ability and long-term employability and developing a more sustainable employment model.
